Registration

Conference registration fees for the Aarhus Decennial includes 1 workshop, but workshop attendance is subject to permission from the workshop organisers. If you want to participate in two workshops, one each day, simply add an additional workshop participation for the cost price (DKK 300). Lunch catering, conference dinner, and receptions are included in the price. It is possible to buy a +1 ticket for the conference dinner for those who wish to bring a significant other.

We are aiming for a full onsite conference as announced. However, we are monitoring the geo-political situation closely and are considering providing a bare-bones hybrid option if there are no changes to the risks that some individuals face when travelling outside of their current home country. We will likely decide this at the end of June.

• On-site registration: 3750,-

Student conference fees (1 workshop incl.)

• Early registration (deadline: 27 June (extended from 20th)): 1200,-
• Late registration (deadline: 10 August): 1600,-
• On-site registration: 2000,-

Single-day conference registration: 1700,-
