Registration

Opening reception is at Vandrehallen, across the street from the main venue.

Conference registration fees for the Aarhus Decennial includes 1 workshop, but workshop attendance is subject to permission from the workshop organisers. If you want to participate in two workshops, one each day, simply add an additional workshop participation for the cost price (DKK 300). Lunch catering, conference dinner, and receptions are included in the price. It is possible to buy a +1 ticket for the conference dinner for those who wish to bring a significant other. The conference is onsite only.

How to register

Registration has now closed and catering has been ordered. If you still want to participate in the conference, show up at the registration desk and we'll sign you in. We cannot guarantee catering but will do our best.

Rates

All rates and in Danish Kroner (DKK) and includes VAT.

Conference fees (1 workshop incl.)

• Early registration (deadline: 27 June): 2000,-
• Late registration (deadline: 10 August): 3000,-
• On-site registration (catering can not be guaranteed but we'll do our best): 3750,-

Student conference fees (1 workshop incl.)

• Early registration (deadline: 27 June): 1200,-
• Late registration (deadline: 10 August): 1600,-
• On-site registration (catering can not be guaranteed but we'll do our best): 2000,-

Single-day conference registration: 1700,-
